CONCESSIONS POINT OF SALE REQUIREMENTS

All vendors must have a way to process credit/debit transactions while meeting PCI compliance standards.

ACCOUNTABILITY:

CLOVER POINT-OF-SALE DEVICE REQUIRED: Concessionaires will use and position POS device(s) so the value of each purchase is readily visible to the purchaser. POS device(s) must be placed on front counters. POS device(s) must have a grand total meter.

EQUIPMENT:

1.   All concessionaires shall have point of sale devices that meet or exceed the following criteria.

a.   Can print a receipt for the customer

b.   Display viewable by customer

c.    Programmable item prices

d.   Detail/Journal tape/report and receipt tape/report

e.   Set and print CORRECT date and time on all tapes/receipts/reports

f.     Consecutive Numerical Transaction Record

g.   Battery Backup with store forward capability

All Clover POS devices must be inspected by the Auditor and approved prior to operational use.
I understand that the Big Fresno Fair is requring all vendors use a Clover Point of Sale Sytem. If you show up with another Point of Sale device other than Clover your contrat will be terminated.*

Proposed concessions products and pricing:

List ALL items that you would llike to SELL (including prices). Menu mut be typed on a seperate page and attached to this application(not emailed individually). You may also type you menu in the Menu box located below. No menu items can be added or removed from your contract without prior approval from Fair Management. All menu items and prices will be listed in Exhibit F of your contract. Any menu items not listed on your contract will not be permitted for sale. You will be required to immediately remove any menu itemsnot listed on your contract from your booth and will be issued a written warning. Further noncompliance may result in closure and removal of your booth from the Fairgrounds. The Big Fresno Fair does not grant exclusives for menu items. Duplications are up the discretion of Fair Management.

*Any booth found to be subleased will receive a minimum $1,000 fine and will not be able to return to The Big Fresno Fair in the future.

The Big Fresno Fair also reserves the right to relocate a stand at any time for the betterment of the fair. Vendor agrees to view the Concessions Handbook and abide by the rules and regulations therein. I agree to access the the Concessions Handbook online at www.fresnofair.com under the Concessions menu and abide by all rules and regulations therein. I also agree to sell Pepsi products only, including water.
